Ray runs PrintKid. He is a stay-at-home parent who spent about seven years working on product in the education industry. He started the site because he enjoys solving mazes with his kids — his six-year-old already works through the hardest mazes here — and he wanted a simple place to find paper activities.

Ray chooses the topics, sets the age range and difficulty for each printable, and reviews every file before it is published. He also writes the descriptions, the printing notes and the answers to the questions on each page.

How the review works

Nothing goes live before it has been printed and tried at home. Each answer sheet is solved by hand, the vocabulary is read for age-appropriateness, and the margins and contrast are checked on a home printer. If something is wrong — a word that cannot be found, an answer sheet that does not match, a grid that is too tight to write in — it is corrected and the page date is updated.
